材料:
500克 Regency®腰果
浸泡腰果的水
450克 扁意粉
125克 碎洋蔥
3瓣 大蒜
3大匙 營養酵母
1大匙 檸檬汁
1茶匙 鹽
1/2 茶匙 Regency®馬拉巴黑胡椒
1/4 茶匙 Regency®迷迭香碎
Ingredients:
500g Regency®Cashew Nuts
Water for soaking cashews
450g linguine
125g chopped onion
3 garlic cloves
3 tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Regency®Malabar Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Regency®Fine Grind Rosemary
Step 1
將Regency®腰果放入一個小碗中,蓋上水浸泡一晚,然後瀝乾並沖洗腰果。
Place Regency®Cashew Nuts a small bowl and cover with water; soak overnight. Drain and rinse cashews.
Step 2
按照包裝說明烹飪意粉,煮熟後保留2杯意粉水,然後瀝乾意粉,再放回鍋裡。
Cook the linguine according to the package directions. Reserve 2 cups pasta water and drain the remaining water. Return the pasta to the pot.
Step 3
將浸泡過的腰果、意粉水、洋蔥、大蒜、營養酵母、檸檬汁、鹽、Regency®馬拉巴黑胡椒和Regency®迷迭香碎放入攪拌機中,攪拌至光滑。
Place soaked cashews, pasta water, onion, garlic, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, salt, Regency®Malabar Black Pepper and Regency®Fine Grind Rosemary in a blender; puree until smooth.
Step 4
將醬汁加入鍋中的意粉中攪拌均勻。喜歡的話可以在上面加點胡椒即可享用!
Add the sauce to the pasta in the pot, and toss to combine. If desired, top with additional pepper. Serve!
