Buy top quality selected Hazelnut flour at Regency Spices. Our Hazelnut flour is made from lightly blanched hazelnuts to remove their coarse outer skin before grinding to a coarse powder. It's perfect for making cakes, pie crusts, brownies, gluten-free cookies, muffins, macarons and more.
Regency hazelnuts come from one of the best varieties of Turkish Hazelnut, famous for their use in chocolates. We are proud to use the same type of hazelnuts for our flour as we sell whole for snacking.
Special Note: Unfortunately we cannot offer a huge range of refill bags, samples and jar sizes to avoid contamination issues with the rest of our spices. Hazelnuts are a type of nut and allergen, so we take the utmost care to ensure it does not come into contact with our other spices.

Usage: Use as a gluten-free alternative to regular flour, and also for making more exotic desserts. Nut flour is a common base for Indian desserts, as well as paleo-pastries like muffins, cookies, macarons and cakes.

Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
