Peri Peri chillies are some of the hottest naturally growing chillies on earth. These exotic chillies pack a punch in terms of heat, but are also extremely flavourful otherwise. They are very aromatic, and you get a mild sweet / lime sensation before the heat kicks in. Great for sauces, and of course the key ingredient in the famous Peri Peri Chicken. Regency Peri Peri Chillies are over 100,000 on the Scoville index, usually around 120,000, making them our hottest chilli in stock.
