We do our very best to buy as much as we can when they're in season, and store them at zero degrees with low humidity, but sometimes we don't buy enough or sell out far faster than our expectations! These Walnuts come from California, and occasionally are substituted with Chilean Walnuts. Both taste fantastic, although Chilean are highly perishable, and in recent few years, quality has waned, and supplies unstable. In the past, while we favoured the Chilean Nut, Regency now proudly stands by our choice to have USA origin Walnut kernels, which taste smooth, and buttery delicious. Please keep them tightly sealed and in the fridge wherever possible to keep flavours intact.
Walnuts Cooking Notes:
Flavour: Sweet, Honey
Usage: Eat as a snack, or let the walnuts be the star of any dish. These fresh seasonal walnuts have almost no bitter flavour, so chop, and generously use for topping cakes, breads and cookies.

Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
