呢個係一個肉桂味嘅早餐鬆餅,入面有蘋果、紅蘿蔔、乾果同堅果等健康嘅食材,重點係佢幾乎唔甜,每個鬆餅得大概12克糖,唔夠含糖穀物入面嘅四分一,而且入面有出奇地多嘅新鮮胡蘿蔔同蘋果,一齊睇下點整啦!
This is a cinnamon flavoured Breakfast Muffin filled with wholesome ingredients like apple, carrot, dried fruit and nuts. It’s barely sweet, with only 12 grams of sugar per muffin, less than a quarter of what you find in sugary cereals like Fruit Loops, and there’s a surprising amount of good-for-you fresh carrot and apple in it. 75克 Regency®核桃
230克 紅蘿蔔絲
160克 蘋果絲 (含果汁)
45克 Regency®椰絲
120克 Regency®棕葡萄乾
300克 全麥麵粉
1.75茶匙 梳打粉
2 茶匙 Regency®錫蘭肉桂粉
1 茶匙 Regency®有機薑粉
0.5茶匙 鹽
150克 黑糖
3隻 雞蛋
160毫升 橄欖油
60毫升 橙汁
Ingredients:
75g Regency®Walnut
230g shredded carrot
160g shredded apple, including juices
45g Regency®Desiccated Coconut
120g Regency®Brown Raisins
300g wholewheat flour
1.75tsp baking soda
2 tsp Regency®Ceylon Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Regency®Organic Ginger Powder
0.5 tsp cooking salt
150 g brown sugar
3 large eggs
160 ml olive oil
60 ml orange juice
Step 1
將烤箱預熱至190°C。將Regency®核桃放在烤盤上烤8分鐘,然後在烤盤上冷卻5分鐘後切成5毫米的核桃粒。在鬆餅模上噴上油,或鋪上鬆餅杯。
Preheat the oven to 190°C. Put the Regency®Walnuts on a tray and toast for 8 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes on the tray then roughly chop into 5mm pieces. Spray the muffin tin with oil, or line with muffin cases.
Step 2
在一個大碗中加入麵粉、梳打粉、Regency®錫蘭肉桂粉、Regency®有機薑粉和鹽,均勻混合。在另一個碗中加入糖、雞蛋、橄欖油和橙汁,攪拌均勻。
Whisk the flour, baking soda, Regency®Ceylon Cinnamon Powder, Regency® Organic Ginger Powder and salt in a large bowl. Whisk the sugar, eggs, oil and orange juice until combined in a separate bowl.
Step 3
在一個大碗中用木勺將所有材料攪拌混合在一起,直到你再也看不到麵粉即可停止,不要過度攪拌麵糊!
Mix all ingredients together in one large bowl with a wooden spoon just until you can no longer see flour, then stop mixing, don’t over-mixed the batter!
Step 4
用冰淇淋勺將麵糊平均地倒入鬆餅模中。焗25分鐘或直到完全熟透。在鬆餅模中冷卻5分鐘,然後轉移到冷卻架上,再冷卻至少5分鐘,建議用塗抹牛油在鬆餅上會更好味喔!
Use an ice cream scoop to divide the mixture between the holes. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked. Cool for 5 minutes in the muffin tin, then transfer onto a cooling rack and cool for at least another 5 minutes before grabbing on. Slathering with softened salted butter is encouraged!
