Dill Weed is a rare herb from the mediterranean, not often used in Asian cooking. It works great with fish, chicken, and for pickling. Although dill is often used fresh, fresh dill has a very short lifespan and is hard to grow, making dried dill weed also highly popular for that tell-tale herbal anise flavour. Dill Weed is the "leaf" of the dill plant. Regency Dill Weed is carefully selected tips, free of stems and other mixed parts of the plant, for maximum convenience and flavour.
