Tandoori Paneer just like home

Our home favourite! This Paneer is unlike the common Matar Paneer or Palak Paneer you find it restaurants. It’s name comes from the Tandoor Oven used to cook it in – a special, cylindrical clay oven used in Indian cooking and baking, temperatures inside can reach as high as 480°C (900°F)! Of course at home, we just use an ordinary grill. This paneer takes on a delicious full-bodied flavour after being marinated in a blend of indian spices. It’s also served without a wet curry base – not needed when the paneer itself tastes so good. Works best as an...

Stir fried Spinach with Black Cumin and spices

We love this recipe because of how simple it is, and how much flavour it has. Using fresh spices and fresh spinach is an absolute must. Traditionally, most heavily spiced meals usually require long cooking times, but this recipe does not. We’ve saved on the time but maximised flavour using some special ingredients. The pink himalayan salt will give a more savoury, slightly citrus taste to help balance out the chillies. We also suggest using a mix of dried kashmiri chillies as well as ground chilli pepper. The best Vanilla Cupcake recipe

recipes vanilla

Vanilla cupcakes sound so simple, but they’re very difficult to pull off perfectly. Since it’s vanilla (pardon the pun), each ingredient needs to be chosen with care. Of course, the Vanilla must be the best of the best. Regency’s vanilla beans naturally come from the world’s best vanilla producing nation, Madagascar. We only use beans that are 16-20cm long, smaller beans have underdeveloped flavours, and larger beans are almost impossible to find at all. Even our 16-20cm beans take up less than 1% of what’s produced. These beans are such high quality that using them in place of ordinary vanilla...

Fresh banana bread, spiced with vanilla (Recipe)

recipes vanilla

Fresh baked bread is undeniably one of the tastiest fresh foods we’ve ever invented. So why not go a step further and make it more exciting with spices! This recipe uses vanilla pods, one of the most exotic and fragrant spices known. Fresh vanilla pods are incredibly easy to use, and also are much more flavourful than vanilla extract. To extract fresh vanilla, first slice a vanilla pod in half, then use a knife or spoon to scoop out the delicious paste inside. The heavier your vanilla pod, the more paste you’ll get! Here’s a picture taken with one of...
