Voatsiperifery pepper, a rare pepper sourced from Madagascar, has a woody and floral fragrance, alongside a light, zesty flavour. These peppercorns are extremely tiny in size, unlike most peppers, but don't be fooled by the size. Its unique taste is well suited for seasoning fish, seafood, and meat, but it is also used in salads, sauteed vegetables and cakes.
