This blend of spices is essential for making a rich thick northern style punjabi curry. Cook with a lot of ghee, freshly chopped onions and tomatoes, and finish with cream Best for Lamb, Chicken, Pork and Beef. This curry powder is also versatile to be used for kebabs and soups. Our Meat Masala is relatively mild, so you can add more chillies to taste if you like. Accompany with boiled rice.

Meat Masala (Punjabi) Technical Notes
Ingredients: Cumin, Coriander, Cinnamon, Cloves, Star Anise, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Chillies
Usage: Simmer for 5-10 minutes in tomato puree, add the meat, and cook on slow fire until done. Garnish with eggs.
