If you love peppercorns, yet want to avoid too strong spice flavours that distract from your actual food, try this Peppercorn Seasoning. It's perfectly crafted with a blend of salt, peppers, garlic, onion and some simple herbs - capable of hiding in the background yet bringing out the maximum flavour in most savoury vegetables and meat dishes. This seasoning is a little bit on the hotter side and already contains generous amount of salt. We suggest not to add anything else and try as it is.
Add a generous amount to your favourite food and taste the bang with our mixed peppercorns.

Peppercorn Seasoning Technical Notes
Ingredients: Pink Himalayan Salt, Black Peppercorns, Pink Peppercorns, Green Peppercorns, White Peppercorns, Caraway Seed, Onion Powder, Chilli Flakes, Dill Weed, Cloves
Usage: Rub on your ingredients before roasting, pan frying or baking. We recommend between 3-5 grams per 200g of ingredients depending on how peppery you want the flavour.









Please note that our ingredients are 100% natural and processed using traditional methods. As a result there may be some visible imperfections. Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
