A really yummy blend of hot, sour, sweet and spiced flavours for cooking the perfect Satay! We've tested this out with beef, pork, fish, chicken and even some veggies and it turns out great every time! Just mix the satay spices with oil, and a hint of soy sauce. Use to coat your satay protein, then marinade for 30 minutes in the fridge. Pan fry or barbecue for a few minutes on each side until cooked.

Malaysian Satay Spices Technical Notes
Ingredients: Chillies, Coriander, Cumin, Garlic, Ginger, Lime, Onion, Turmeric, Sugar, Salt
Usage: Mix with peanut oil and a touch of soy sauce, then use for marinading your satay ingredients in the fridge for minimum 4 hours. You can also optionally add in light coconut milk to the mixture.
Please note that our ingredients are 100% natural and processed using traditional methods. As a result there may be some visible imperfections. Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
