Pure Galangal of the finest grade taking from the heart of CentralIndonesia. Galangal grows all over the world, but Indonesian Galangal is big, juicy, and full of aromas, being the true origin of the spice. Soak in water to use as fresh galangal, or powder for easy blending in indonesian and thaicurries, stews, and stir fries.
Note: Galangal is very high in fibre, so powder will not be very fine - strands of Galangal that cannot be ground will be present when we freshly grind.
