Buy Chimichurri Spice Mix (Red)
Our new favourite spice blend, traditionally the famous accompaniment to argentinean steak but we've found it's a yummy dip for just about everything from Falafel to Beef Croquettes, Burgers, Grilled Vegetables and French Fries! This blend starts with the mellowness of parsley, oregano, with hints of garlic before leaving you with a sweet chilli flavour at the end. To use it, mix 1 part Chimichurri Spices with 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts of olive oil.
Chimichurri Spice Mix (Red) Cooking Notes
Usage: Blend 1 part Chimichurri Spices with 1 part white vinegar and 2 parts olive oil. Use as a dip or spread for steaks, potatoes and any other savoury foods.

I mixed it with white vinegar and had it with steak -excellent and much easier than making it from scratch yourself.

It's as close as you can get without getting the fresh ingredients and grinding it yourself within seconds instead of an hour or prep or tasting. (it's tough, trust me!)
While the colour looks more red cos of the chilli and lack of fresh basil. It really does taste the same, if not better.
