A good Fish Seasoning is an easy way to make any fish delicious – fast! This spice rub mix can be used for any fish suitable for pan frying.

材料:
750克 魚柳 (無皮和無骨)
1/2茶匙 Regency® 漁人海鮮調味料
45克 無鹽牛油
Ingredients:
750g fish fillets (skinless & boneless)
1/2 tsp Regency® Fisherman's Seafood Spices
45g unsalted butter
Instructions 步驟:
Step 1 - Season fish:
在魚的兩側撒上Regency® 漁人海鮮調味料,輕輕揉搓令調味料均勻塗抹在魚上更容易入味。
Sprinkle the Regency® Fisherman's Seafood Spices on both sides of fish. Lightly rub to spread the spices to get a better flavour.
Step 2 - Cook fish in two batches:
用中高火在不粘平底鍋中融化30克牛油。將魚煎至兩面金黃色,然後移到碟裡。在平底鍋中融化剩餘的牛油,並煎熟剩下的魚。
Melt 30g butter in large non-stick skillet over medium high heat. Cook fish until golden on each side. Remove to a plate. Melt remaining butter in skillet and cook remaining fish.
Step 3 - Rest:
將魚靜止3 分鐘後即可享用。
Rest fish for 3 minutes before serving.
