The best dried Banana Slices, soft, chewy, naturally sweet with no added sugar. These are made using fine Plantains from the indigenous regions in the Peruvian Amazon. We discovered these not to long ago and could not resist to keep a pack on our desks while working. These Bananas are naturally high in potassium, fibres as well as good source for dozens of other nutrients and minerals. When it comes to snacking, it's hard to beat in terms of taste and nutrition!

The Bananas are also excellent for home baking - try chopping up and using them in your next batch of cookies, or bake into a cake. Thanks to the dryness, they won't spoil your baking ratios and you can treat them just like raisins. One of our favourite uses is putting a few bits in with morning breakfast Muesli.

*INDUSTRY SPECIFIC TERMINOLOGY

Please note that our ingredients are 100% natural and processed using traditional methods. As a result there may be some visible imperfections. Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
