This wonderful blend by us mixes a colourful blend of black, white, green and pink peppercorns so you can have a taste of just how great fresh peppercorns can be. Our Black and White Peppercorns carry the more peppery traditional flavour, with an intense earthiness and mild citrus flavour. Green Peppercorns are lighter and more sharper tasting. Pink Peppercorns are more sweet, fruity and very mild on the spice.
Use these together wherever you would use normal peppercorns for a more exotic flavour. Tastes especially great freshly crushed on steaks, salads, and soups.
