A: We believe in the durability of this product so much that we don’t think it will break with normal use. If it does break*, we’ll replace it — free of charge — with the current Regency cloth bag model at the time. Simply bring your old bag to us for an exchange on the spot.** No receipt required!
*Breaking refers to either the handles breaking or developing large tears in the fabric rendering it unusable for carrying bulk goods. Note that breaking due to misuse of product not as the original intended use, or by using it to carry hazardous or dangerously sharp objects is not covered by our lifetime guarantee.
** You may also opt to mail in your damaged bag or return with any booked Van delivery. We recommend to email our customer service team in advance of returning a bag in this method, and please note the bag will be inspected on receipt. A new bag will be included in any future delivery or be available to collect from our warehouse 1 working day after we receive it.
