This traditional Bavarian sausage blend is one of the most popular sausage seasonings to make it global. Usually made with minced veal and pork, the spices add a lovely hint of lime, nutmeg, and earthy herbs.
Unlike most other sausages, Weisswursts are intended to be eaten fresh, without any nitrate salt for preservation, just heated in water and served in the natural pale white colour without skins. They are traditionally served in the water used for boiling them in!
Our Regency blend already has added salt in the correct proportions, so you do not need to add anything else.

How to use... Use approximately 5 grams of Weisswurst Spices for seasoning 300 grams of meat. Cook in water on high heat but below boiling, for about 10 minutes.
