Regency Marjoram is renowned for it's highly fragrant and flavourful leaves. These give a great sweet, fruity light citrus flavour. Marjoram is also one of the most aromatic herbs cultivated, and to ensure the best natural flavour, Regency Marjoram is naturally sundried for preservation. Many people also confuse this herb for Oregano
due to their similar appearance, but the taste of Marjoram is much sweeter and softer.
