Milled and blended in Hong Kong.
Laksa Curry originated from the coastal regions near Malaysia, Vietnam and Indonesia. While the exact origin is unknown, the flavour profiles of the curry from these regions have many components in common. Fresh tangy lemon and lime notes, a rich coconut base, the signature mild-spicy curry heat, and savouryness from seafood.
This Malaysian coconut-curry soup base has gotten so popular, that it features in most asian-fusion menus around the world, even in some ramen shops!
