Buy Chicken Shawarma
Shawarma (or or Shwarma) is a Middle Eastern dish made by slow cooking different cuts of meats on a rotisserie-style grill. Traditionally, lamb, beef, chicken, turkey are used. The meats are loaded with spices and marinaded beforehand to infuse flavours during the slow cook process. Then served with a light flavoured dip, labne or tahini work best to balance the spices.
In case you don't have a rotisserie at home - slow cooking in an oven works just fine too.
Regency Spices recipe for the Chicken Shawarma has been tried and tested over the last year with a number of restaurants before bringing it to our beloved home cook base. Perfectly seasoned just for chicken, this blend has more allspice, cinnamon, and lighter on cumin. There is also a small amount of added salt so no more needs to be put.
Please note: We freshly grind and pack our seasonings to order for maximum flavour. This signature recipe is our secret, so we cannot sell this blend in whole form.

Usage: Rub Chicken Shawarma on all sides of the chicken. Marinade with olive oil, cover and refrigerate for a few hours. Then grill in the oven, preferably slow on rotisserie.
Please note that our ingredients are 100% natural and processed using traditional methods. As a result there may be some visible imperfections. Our spices will have variations in size and colour due to factors such as the amount of sunlight they received when growing, or the amount of rainfall in a particular season. These differences in appearance are entirely normal, and are the result of not treating them with any chemicals, reducing unnecessary hand selection, and minimizing waste.
I am very happy with this spice and will be ordering more once I run out. Freshly ground with a great smell. I also use this chicken shawarma spice on beef and it makes for a fantastic fried rice. This is a very versatile spice blend. The last time I tasted Shawarma this good was when I visited Egypt. Thanks for the fast delivery too. I will be ordering again.
I also got the beef Shawarma spice which is also good.
