Normally Apricots are seen in a bright orange colour - this colour is only possible with added sulphur dioxide! Regency Apricots are natural, sulphur free, and extremely sweet tasting as a result. Almost like honey! Since there is no sulphur, the shelf life of our Apricots is a bit less, and they need to be kept stored in the fridge. We get ours freshly flown in from Turkey each season. Try them out and you'll see why the flavour is incomparible (and of course the product is healthier).

Usage: Really popular as a filing for cakes, breads, salads, and also savoury curries and tagines. You can also boil in water and blend to make apricot puree.
