Usage: Annatto seeds can be ground and used as a great vibrant red, natural food colouring. Also very commonly used in Latin American and Filipino cuisine - fry the seeds in oil to release their flavour and colours, discard seeds and cook meats, paellas, and other savouries.

Got the seeds to colour oil for soap making. Amazing bright colour, wonderfull fresh smell. Seeds are way more effective than what I've had before. Using about half the amounts to get the same colour and smell effect!
