Much like chia seeds, flaxseeds are also getting famous for their amazing nutritional values. Flaxseeds are ultra rich in fibres, proteins, and a lot of micronutrients such as Vitamin B1,B2,B6 Phosphorus, Manganese, Magnesium etc**. Yet flaxseeds are usually very difficult to incorporate into your diet. Here’s a flaxseed smoothie we really like because of the vanilla and fresh fruits. Feel free to substitute the fruits to whatever you like, it’ll still taste great!
