Tips on buying quality Cumin Seeds

Cumin Seeds originate from India, and have been cultivated there for thousands of years, these naturally grow to be the tastiest as it’s their traditional habitat. Be sure to buy Indian Cumin Seeds when possible to get the most out of your spice. Cumin Seeds are often diluted by a very similar, but altogether different spice: Caraway Seeds. Caraway is much darker in colour, and also a more intense mint flavour compared to cumin. It’s makeup is also vastly different, as there is a different mix of essential oils used. In case you’re unsure, please refer to our quality and grade standards here when buying good quality Cumin Seeds. You can also compare it to Caraway in case that’s what you’re after!
