Green Soybeans Spice Soup

Ingredients:

Fresh Green Soybeans 200g
Chopped Tomato 1pc
Grated Ginger 1 tsp
Yellow Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp buy now
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp 
Chili Powder 2/3 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds Powder 1/4 tsp
Raw Sugar 1 tsp
Chopped Mint Leaves 1 tbsp
Water 400ml
Salt
Pepper

  1. Boil fresh green soybeans in boiling water with salt for 30mins.
  2. Heat oil in pan, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds until they pop.
  3. Add grated ginger and chopped tomato immediately. Keep stirring until it’s soft, for about a minute.
  4. Keep low heat, add chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander seeds powder, chopped mint leaves and raw sugar. Stir until the spices blend.
  5. Add boiled fresh green soybeans, water. Cover and cook for about 20mins until all spics are infused. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve hot with bread or rice.

Green Soybeans Spice Soup

材料:

新鮮毛豆 200g
番茄(切碎) 1pc
薑蓉 1 茶匙
黃芥末籽 1/4 茶匙
孜然籽 1/4 茶匙
辣椒粉 2/3 茶匙
薑黃粉 1/4 茶匙
芫荽籽粉 1/4 茶匙
原糖 1茶匙
薄荷葉(切碎) 1 湯匙
400ml

胡椒

  1. 將新鮮毛豆放入沸水中,加鹽煮30分鐘
  2. 熱鍋下油,加入黃芥末籽和孜然籽,直至它們彈起
  3. 立即加入薑末和番茄,繼續攪拌直到變軟,大約一分鐘
  4. 保持小火,加入辣椒粉、薑黃粉、芫荽籽粉、薄荷葉和原糖。攪拌直至香料混合
  5. 加入煮熟的毛豆和水。蓋上鍋蓋煮約 20 分鐘,直至所有香料融合。最後加少許鹽和胡椒調味
  6. 趁熱搭配麵包或米飯享用
