Mace grows hand in hand with Nutmeg, and the two have many similarities. Mace is the more delicate spice, and carries gently sweet and pine flavour notes within. Use in small quantities to add great flavour too all kinds of cooking. We find freshly grated Mace on Eggs to be a match made in heaven.
