Kaffir Limte Leaves add a wonderful Citrus flavour and strong aroma to curries. They're also very versatile, and when dried can be used to flavour all manner of liquid based cooking, such as when when cooking rice or quinoa! Best used in slow cooking, 5-10 leaves are enough to impoart an authentic home-style cooking flavour.
Kaffir Limte leaves are essential for cooking traditional-to-roots thai cuisine. Regency kaffir Lime Leaves are hand selected to be from the biggest, most aromatic leaves, and are freeze dried and flown in each season for maximum flavour.
NOTE: Kaffir Lime Leaves are extremely bulky. 1kg of Kaffir Lime Leaves takes up approx the same volume as 10kg of Peppercorns.
