Buy Coconut Flour (Organic)
Milled and blended in Hong Kong.
Use Regency Coconut Flour for baking a whole new level of cakes, breads and pastries. Coconut Flour is slightly sweet, and can be a great substitute for plain flour, or all-purpose flour so you get a gluten-free version of your same recipe. You can also use it in place of Almond or other nut flours, for a more allergen-friendly recipe.
Our coconut flour is 100% pure coconuts, grown in the middle of the tropical Sri Lankan forestland. The coconut here benefits from the rich, organic soil, leading to a clean, natural product which has obtained USDA Organic certification. In terms of taste, the light nutty coconut sweetness comes through just right - not too strong and certainly not mild.
Coconut flour is also super rich in Manganese, Fibres, Calcium, and a number of Vitamin Bs. Substituting part of your recipe's flour using this coconut flour can be an easy way to get more nutrition into your diet.
Coconut Flour can also be used to make thickening slurry in curries. As opposed to common corn starch-water mix, try using coconut flour instead for a better flavour.
