    Tips on buying quality dried onion

    Besides buying fresh onion, Our recommendation is to to buy whole onion slices or flakes whenever possible. We have covered in huge detail what happens here, particularly with onion and garlic when buying pre-powdered. Usually the most unsightly and even unhygienic parts of the herb is used when powdering, such as roots, stems, skins, uncleaned, brown and old pieces!
