This easy grilled lamb with Regency®mint marinade is just for tenderising the lamb and imparting a light fresh flavour. The mint marinade really does its job in an hour, no more.

Regency®羊肉薄荷醃料已經含有少許鹽和糖。我們建議先品嚐一下,然後再添加更多。

 

Regency® Lamb Mint Marinade already contains a pinch of salt and sugar. We suggest to taste test first before topping off with more.

材料:

4塊羊架

Regency®羊肉薄荷醃料

 

Ingredients :

4 Lamb leg chops

Regency® Lamb Mint Marinade

 

Step 1 :

Regency®羊肉薄荷醃料加入羊架中,蓋上蓋子,然後醃製一小時。適量加入橄欖油和檸檬汁可以增添味道和令羊架口感更嫩滑。

 

Throw Regency® Lamb Mint Marinade in the lamb chops, cover and leave to marinate for an hour. The olive oil and lemon juice will do a great job of adding flavor and tenderizing the meat.

 

Step 2 :

加熱你的煎鍋/平底鍋,把羊架放在鍋上煎大約8-12分鐘。(5成熟約為8分鐘,如果你喜歡更熟,則為12分鐘),中途反面一次。

 

Heat your frying pan. Put the lamb chops on the frying pan cook for about 8 - 12 minutes (8 minutes for pink, 12 if you prefer it more well done). Turn once at the half way stage.

 

如果你使用溫度計的話,以下是參考指標:

* 一成熟 - 55°C (130°F)

* 三成熟 - 60°C (140°F)

* 五成熟 - 65°C (150°F)

* 全熟 - 70°C (160°F)

 

If using an instant read temperature probe then the important numbers to be looking for are:

* Rare - 55°C (130°F)

* Medium rare - 60°C (140°F)

* Medium - 65°C (150°F)

* Well done - 70°C (160°F)

 

Step 3 :

完成後,將羊架從鍋中取出,靜止510分鐘即可食用。

 

When done, remove the lamb chops from the heat and allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes, then plate up and serve.
