薑餅人曲奇嘅形狀似人仔🧸特別係聖誕節時好受歡迎🎄通常都會用糖霜同糖果裝飾，今次呢個食譜啱哂親子活動，等小朋友用糖霜裝飾屬於佢哋嘅小小薑餅人啦✨

Gingerbread men cookies shaped like little figures. Popular during the holidays, especially Christmas, they are often decorated with icing and candies. Let the kids decorate them with icing for a perfect winter's day activity!

Servings: 15-20 

材料:

225克 麵粉

少許鹽

2茶匙 梳打粉

1茶匙 Regency®薑餅香料粉

½茶匙 Regency®錫蘭肉桂粉

75克 無鹽牛油

100克 黑糖

100克 金黃糖漿

Ingredients:

225g plain flour

little bit of salt

2 tsp baking soda

75g unsalted butter

100g soft brown sugar

100g golden syrup 

1 tsp Regency® Gingerbread Spices

½ tsp Regency® Fine Grind Cinnamon (Ceylon)

Step 1
將焗爐加熱至190°C，並在焗盤上鋪上牛油/硅油紙。將麵粉、鹽、梳打粉、Regency®薑餅香料粉和Regency®錫蘭肉桂粉篩入一個大碗中。 

Heat oven to 190°C and line a baking tray with baking parchment. Sieve the flour, salt, baking soda, Regency® Gingerbread Spices and Regency® Fine Grind Cinnamon (Ceylon) into a large bowl. 

Step 2

加熱牛油、糖和糖漿，直到溶解。待糖漿稍微冷卻，然後混合到剛剛過了篩的麵粉中混合成麵糰，將麵糰在冰箱中冷藏30分鐘。 

Heat the butter, sugar and syrup until dissolved. Leave the sugar mixture to cool slightly, then mix into the dry ingredients to form a dough. Chill the dough in the fridge for 30 mins.

Step 3
把麵粉在輕輕撒上麵糰的表面，將麵糰擀成¼寸厚，然後用薑餅人曲奇模壓出一個個薑餅人，然後重新混合剩餘的切口並重覆以上做法。

On a surface lightly dusted with flour, roll out the dough to a ¼-inch thickness. Stamp out the gingerbread men shapes with a cutter, then re-roll any off-cuts and repeat. 

Step 4

將薑餅人放在舖好硅油紙的焗盤上，擺放曲奇並留出空間讓它們變大，放入焗爐焗10-15分鐘，取出並冷卻後即可享用🍪

Place your gingerbread shapes on the lined trays, allowing space for them to spread. Cook for 10-15 mins, then remove from the oven and leave to cool then can serve🍪
