Try making this 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖 following these simple steps!

  1. Prepare 1 Litre of water, 10-12 Rose Buds & 15-20 Jasmine Buds
  2. Coarsely chop the Rose Buds & Jasmines Buds, this helps the flavour to infuse better
  3. Put the Rose Buds & Jasmines Buds in room temperature water, store in fridge overnight
  4. Pour the 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖 out using a sieve, ready to serve

  1. 預備一公升水、約10-12粒玫瑰花蕾及15-20粒茉莉花蕾
  2. 略略切碎玫瑰花蕾及茉莉花蕾,味道會更易釋出
  3. 將玫瑰花蕾及茉莉花蕾放入室溫水,再放入雪櫃浸泡過夜
  4. 將冷泡花茶倒出,並用篩子隔去花瓣,即可飲用
