馬來亞叻沙香料粉技術說明

配料: 小荳蔻,肉桂,辣椒,丁香,香菜,小茴香,胡蘆巴,大蒜,姜,檸檬草,石灰,梅斯,洋蔥,黑胡椒,鹽,薑黃 

使用方法:將香料粉與油和蝦醬混合,炒幾分鐘直到聞到香味。加入肉湯和主菜(蔬菜,雞肉,魚肉等)。煮至快熟為止,然後加入椰奶、醬油,再煮幾分鐘。最後加上新鮮的青檬汁作結,然後倒在煮熟的米粉或麵食上。

Laksa Curry Cooking Notes

Usage: Mix with oil and optional shrimp paste, fry for a few minutes until fragrant. Add broth, and your fillings (vegetables, chicken, fish etc). Cook until nearly done, then add coconut milk, soy sauce, and keep cooking a few more minutes. Finish with fresh lime juice and ladle over cooked rice noodles.
