Have made my own gin many times and this is an OK mix. Comes out a bit peppery for me, but as the spices are whole you can pick out or add in what you like. Don't use too much or it will be too strong flavored because like all Regency spices, these are big and bold and you don't need as much as you would others
Dip bread in oil then this! Sprinkle it over rice, eggs, hummus or buckwheat salads, anything and everything. The taste is amazing. Regency have the best tasting spices and this is the best Dukkah.
