I haven’t actually tried real Ceylon cinnamon before. This little free sample was great. Put it in mulled wine and the flavor profile is much smoother than cassia cinnamon.

The taste is a bit green. It would be good if there’s an option for roasted black sesame powder for drinks. Every time I have to use a hot pan to stir fry for a while before put in A container
