I use it to make peppermint tea. When I feel discomfort starting to get a cold, I use 90*C hot water to simmer the crushed peppermint leaves in a vacuum cup for 10 mins. Then I drink the tea. After drinking, the initial cold symptoms and discomfort will be going away.
