  1. Rinse the Quinoa, add water according to the instruction of the rice cooker. Add all the spices except black pepper powder and salt, stir well, cook until done and set aside.
  2. Soak the Goji Berries, Raisins and Dried Blueberries in hot water for 5 mins. Hot water is set to just cover all dried fruit.
  3. Put Macadamia Nuts on sauce pan with mild heat, grill until fragrance is out.
  4. Add Olive Oil and cooked Quinoa, and stir well.
  5. Add Goji Berries, Raisins and Dried Blueberries, and stir well.
  6. Add black pepper powder, salt and lemon juice to taste, serve it hot.
  1. 藜麥洗淨後,根據電飯煲的指示加入水,然後加入黑胡椒粉及鹽以外的所有香料及攪勻,煮熟後備用
  2. 用熱水浸泡杞子、葡萄乾及藍莓乾5分鐘,熱水微微覆蓋乾果即可
  3. 取一平底鑊,細火將夏威夷果仁烘出香味
  4. 加入橄欖油及已煮熟藜麥炒拌
  5. 加入杞子、葡萄乾及藍莓乾炒拌
  6. 最後加入黑胡椒粉、岩鹽及檸檬汁,即可趁熱享用
