🍊橙皮粒鬆餅 Orange Peel Granules Scone

These Orange Peel Scones are best just out the oven and perfect for a brunch or special lazy weekend breakfast.

材料：

2 1/4杯 麵粉

5-6湯匙 糖

1湯匙 泡打粉

1/3杯 凍牛油粒

1湯匙 Regency®橙皮粒

1/2杯 新鮮橙汁

1/4杯 牛奶

1 隻蛋 

淋面糖霜：

2-3 湯匙 暖牛油

3/4杯 糖霜

1湯匙 Regency®橙皮粒

2茶匙 橙汁

1-2茶匙 牛奶

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour 

5-6 tbsp sugar 

1 tbsp baking powder 

1/3 cup cold butter in pieces 

1 tbsp Regency®Orange Peel Granules

1/2 cup fresh orange juice 

1/4 cup milk 

1 egg

For the icing: 

2-3 tbsp warm butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1 tbsp Regency®Orange Peel Granules
2 tsp orange juice
1-2 tsp milk

Step 1

在一個大碗中，將麵粉、糖和泡打粉混合在一起，然後用麵團攪拌器將凍牛油粒和Regency®橙皮粒拌入混合物中，直到混合物看起來像粗糙的碎屑。 

Mix together the flour, sugar and baking powder in a large bowl. Use a pastry blender to cut in the pieces of cold butter and Regency®Orange Peel Granules until the mixture looks like course crumbles. 

Step 2

加入橙汁、牛奶和雞蛋，攪拌至均勻混合。將粘稠的麵團倒在撒了麵粉的台面上，輕輕搓入麵粉，直到麵團稍微粘手。 

Add in the orange juice, milk and egg and mix until combined. Transfer the sticky dough to a floured surface and gently fold in flour until the dough is only slightly sticky.

Step 3

將麵團擀成一個10吋的圓形，在麵團上撒上2湯匙糖。使用披薩刀將圓形切成8-12份，然後放在烘焙紙上，每份之間留有一些空間。 

Roll out the dough to make a 10" circle and sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar on top of the dough. Use a pizza cutter to cut the circle into 8-12 sections and place the sections on a baking paper with a little room between the slices.

Step 4

在200°C的焗爐中焗15-17分鐘，或直到邊緣開始變金黃。 

Bake in a 200°C oven for 15-17 minutes or until the edges start to brown. 

Step 5

製作淋面糖霜時，用叉將溫暖的牛和糖霜攪拌成糊狀，然後加入Regency®橙皮粒、橙汁和牛奶，攪拌成一種稀的奶油糖霜。 

For the icing, use a fork to mash together the warm butter and powdered sugar. Then add in the Regency®Orange Peel Granules, orange juice and milk to form a runny buttercream type icing.

Step 6

將糖霜淋在溫熱的鬆餅上即可享用。 

Drizzle the icing on the warm scones and serve immediately.
