今次呢個食譜係適合一家大細嘅健康食譜💡用蜂蜜取代糖、燕麥同埋全麥麵粉取代普通麵粉，想再健康啲嘅話可以用椰子油嚟取代無鹽牛油，加埋提子乾，可以令到呢款曲奇有更高嘅營養成份！
This recipe is a healthy recipe for the whole family💡 Use honey instead of sugar, oats and whole wheat flour instead of normal flour, you can use coconut oil instead of unsalted butter as a healthier choice! Adding raisins can give this cookie a higher nutrition!

INGREDIENTS 材料
- 100g 即食燕麥 instant oats
- 90g 全麥麵粉 whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ tsp 泡打粉 baking powder
- 1 ½ tsp Regency®肉桂粉 Ground Cinnamon
- ⅛ tsp 鹽 salt
- 1隻 室溫蛋 room temperature egg
- 1 tsp 雲呢拿精油 vanilla extract
- 120mL 蜂蜜 honey
- 40g Regency®葡萄乾 Raisins
- 28g 椰子油/無鹽牛油 coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted and cooled slightly
INSTRUCTIONS 步驟
Step 1
在碗中將燕麥、麵粉、泡打粉、Regency®肉桂粉和鹽混合。然後在另一個碗中，將椰子油、雞蛋和雲呢拿精油混合後再加入蜂蜜。
Whisk together the oats, flour, baking powder, Regency® Cinnamon, and salt in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together the coconut oil, egg, and vanilla. Stir in the honey.
Step 2
倒入麵粉混合物攪勻，再加入Regency®葡萄乾，然後將曲奇麵糰冷卻30分鐘。
Add in the flour mixture, stirring just until incorporated. Fold in the Regency® Raisins. Chill the cookie dough for 30 minutes.
Step 3
將烤箱預熱至165°C，並在烤盤上鋪上牛油紙。將曲奇麵糰分成15份，放在準備好的牛油紙上稍微壓平。
Preheat the oven to 165°C, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drop the cookie dough into 15 rounded scoops onto the prepared sheet, and flatten slightly.
Step 4
在165°C下烘烤11-14分鐘，在烤盤上冷卻10分鐘，然後轉移到冷卻架上。冷卻後即可享用！
Bake at 165°C for 11-14 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack. Can serve after cool down!
