用11分鐘就可以煮好簡單又健康嘅一餐!將檸檬大蒜醬搽落三文魚,然後拎去焗,搞掂!
This is a tasty salmon tray bake recipe that’s as simple as it is healthy. Salmon is slathered with an assertive lemon garlic paste that adds a stack of flavour, then cooks in just 11 minutes.

材料:
4 x 180克 三文魚腩
檸檬大蒜醬:
1茶匙 檸檬皮
1湯匙 檸檬汁
2湯匙 特級初榨橄欖油
1茶匙 第戎芥末醬(法式芥末醬)
2個 大蒜(磨成蒜蓉)
1/2茶匙 鹽
1/4茶匙 Regency® 馬拉巴黑胡椒
配菜(可加可不加):
3束 蘆筍
200克 櫻桃番茄
2茶匙 特級初榨橄欖油
1/4茶匙 鹽
1/4茶匙 Regency® 馬拉巴黑胡椒
Ingredients:
4 x 180g Salmon fillets
Marinade Slather:
1 tsp Lemon zest
1 tbsp Lemon juice
2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 Garlic cloves , grated using microplane
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Regency® Malabar Black Pepper
Vegetables (optional):
3 bunches Asparagus
200g Cherry tomatoes
2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Regency® Malabar black pepper
Step 1 - Lemon garlic paste
將檸檬大蒜醬的材料混合在一個小碗裡,然後塗抹在三文魚的頂部和兩側。有時間的話可請醃製1小時令它們更入味,否則繼續以下步驟。
Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Slather onto the top and sides of the salmon. Marinade for 1 hour if time permits, the flavour will infuse the flesh. If not, proceed to the next step.
Step 2 - Prepare tray
將焗爐預熱至280°C。將蘆筍和櫻桃番茄與橄欖油、鹽和Regency®馬拉巴黑胡椒攪拌均勻,平舖在一個大托盤上,然後將三文魚放在托盤中間,再用油噴在三文魚表面。
Preheat oven grill to 280°C. Toss the asparagus and cherry tomatoes with the olive oil, salt and Regency® Malabar black pepper. Spread out on a large tray then place salmon on the tray. Spray surface of salmon with oil.
Step 3 - Cook
烤焗11分鐘或直到三文魚變熟(魚肉應該變得容易拆開,內部溫度應約為50°C)
Grill for 11 minutes or until the salmon is done – the flesh should flake, the internal temperature should be 50°C.
Step 4 - Serve
將三文魚和配菜上碟,喜歡的話可在配菜上撒一些巴馬臣芝士,擠一點檸檬汁在三文魚上即可食用。
Transfer salmon and vegetables to plate. Grate parmesan over the vegetables. Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon, sprinkle with parsley then serve.
