中式滷水香料說明
成分:黑胡椒粒,八角,丁香,肉桂,茴香籽,薑,海鹽,糖
用法:每1升液體混合40克,製成滷水汁。使用足夠的滷水汁將肉/魚充分浸沒。每1千克肉在水中靜置2小時。然後取出,刮去鹽水煮熟。
