Worth it, a little goes a long way.

Fantastic finishing spice. Gives the softer flavour and scent of cooked fennel to dishes that might get overpowered by ground seed. Try it in/on an omelette, or on fried tomatoes at breakfast.

Worth the expense; a little goes a long way

This is a superb herb of very high quality. Yes! It's expensive: with reason. Takes an awful lot of pollen to make a gram. But its flavour is an intense mix of lemon and fennel: you only need a pinch or two. It's essentially a condiment herb; sprinkle it on finished dishes. It's wonderfully aromatic with eggs and cheese. Regency's offering is extremely good and fresh. Highly highly recommended.

Good quality spices

Love the quality of your spices. The only one that I didn’t think was great is the avocado and tomato blended spice. I bought a sample size bag and I put 3 teaspoons into my salad of one avocado and one tomato. Maybe I didn’t put enough ?
