Excellent Amla powder, freshly ground.

It's wonderful to find such premium quality Amla at Regency Spices.

Excellent quality. I use it in my drinks

I ordered the Amla (gooseberry) in fine powder form. I add it to my tea or chia drink. It's a bit grainy even in powder form, so it works best in something like a chia drink or maybe a yogurt, where it won't settle to the bottom. Super health food, so if you are looking to add antioxidants to your diet, this is one of the best things you can consume.

It isn't pitless

I ordered the berries due to its high fiber content and antioxidant properties. A bit bitter but since bitterness is good for the body, I don't really mind at all.

What I do mind is that how come the pit wasn't removed? I almost bit into it accidentally, hurting my teeth!
