One Pot Cajun Beef Pasta 係一個用免治牛肉同出奇地多嘅蔬菜製成嘅大大個意粉,因為想入味啲,今次用咗通心粉~再加埋mix咗印第安調料嘅番茄意粉醬,上面仲有溶咗嘅芝士🧀🤤快啲睇下點整啦!
One Pot Cajun Beef Pasta is a big pasta made with beef and a surprising amount of hidden vegetables, I used macaroni this time, in a Cajun flavoured tomato pasta sauce, topped with oozy cheese🧀🤤 Let’s see how to make it!

材料:
1湯匙 橄欖油
2粒 蒜瓣(切碎)
1 顆洋蔥(切碎)
500克牛肉碎
1條 紅蘿蔔(切絲)
1條 翠玉瓜(切絲)
1個 紅燈籠椒(切碎)
2湯匙 番茄醬
800克 罐裝碎番茄
400克 紅腰豆(瀝乾)
500 毫升雞湯/牛肉湯
500 毫升水
350 克通心粉/其他意粉
150 克 科爾比起司/其他易融化起司
4湯匙 Regency®印第安調料
Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves (finely minced)
1 onion (chopped)
500g beef mince
1 carrot (shredded)
1 zucchini (shredded)
1 red bell pepper (chopped)
2 tbsp tomato paste
800g canned crushed tomato
400g kidney beans (drained)
500 ml chicken/ beef broth
500 ml water
350g macaroni/ other pasta
150 g colby cheese/ other melting cheese
4 tbsp Regency® Cajun Seasoning
Instructions
Step 1
在有蓋的大鍋中用大火加熱油,煮洋蔥和大蒜2分鐘,然後加入免治牛肉炒散直到變熟。
Heat the oil in a large heavy based pot with a lid over high heat. Cook the onion and garlic for 2 minutes. Add the beef and cook, breaking it up as you go, until you no longer see red meat.
Step 2
加入紅蘿蔔和翠玉瓜煮2分鐘,直到它們釋放的水大部分都蒸發後加入紅燈籠椒再煮2分鐘,然後加入番茄醬和Regency®印第安調料煮1分鐘。
Add the carrot and zucchini, cook for 2 minutes until the water they release mostly evaporates. Add the red bell pepper and cook for 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and Regency® Cajun Seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
加入碎番茄罐頭、水、雞湯和紅腰豆,攪拌均勻並煮沸。加入意粉再攪拌,讓它重新煮沸。蓋上蓋子,將火調至中火,使液體煮至沸騰但不要瘋狂冒泡。
Add the canned tomato, water, stock and beans. Mix and bring to a simmer. Add the pasta, stir, let it come back up to the simmer. Put the lid on and lower the heat slightly to medium so the liquid is simmering, but not bubbling madly.
Step 4
煮15分鐘,每隔幾分鐘攪拌一次,這樣就不會黏着鍋底。然後攪拌一下,將表面舖平後撒上芝士,蓋上蓋子,然後關火,把鍋放在爐上。
Cook for 15 minutes, stirring every few minutes so the base doesn't catch. Give it a stir, smooth the surface, sprinkle with cheese. Put the lid on then turn the stove off, and leave the pot on the stove.
Step 5
放置3分鐘,讓餘溫融化芝士,如果需要的話撒上蔥,然後立即上碟後即時享用,芝士還能牽絲!
Leave for 3 minutes so the residual heat melts the cheese and the pasta finishes cooking, sprinkle with green onion if desired, then serve immediately while saucy and the cheese is gooey!
