古巴烤豬扒醃料技術說明
成分:小茴香,大蒜,酸橙,牛至,辣椒粉,黑胡椒粉,海鹽
用法:將約2茶匙這種香料粉與1/4杯橙汁和2湯匙橄欖油混合,用以醃豬肉至少2個小時。蓋上錫紙,在攝氏130-140度左右慢火烘烤約3小時。然後除去錫紙,再烘烤2小時,直到表面變脆,出現裂痕。讓肉休息幾分鐘,然後享用。
