A clear statement of what is not inside, so you do not have to guess what was used to bulk, stabilise, or boost aroma. Most supermarket seasonings taste worse than they used to decades ago because they use a mix of these to make up for lower quality raw spices. Regency still supplies spices the traditional high quality way.

A note on consistency

Spices are agricultural products. There will always be natural variation. The goal is stable grade and reliable cooking performance, checked through inspection and product-specific quality markers.
