Servings: 6
材料:
6隻 雞蛋
1/2茶匙 鹽
1/4茶匙 Regency®馬拉巴黑胡椒
3/4杯 切碎的菠菜
1/2杯 切丁紅辣椒/甜椒
8粒 車厘茄(一開四)
1/2杯 蔥(切粒)
70克 碎羊芝士(約1/2杯)
噴油,用於鬆餅盤上防黏底
Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Regency® Malabar Black Pepper
3/4 cup Chopped spinach
1/2 cup Diced red capsicum / bell pepper
8 Cherry tomatoes (quartered)
1/2 cup Shallots (finely sliced)
70g Crumbled feta cheese, (about 1/2 cup)
Oil spray , for greasing muffin tin
Instructions 步驟:
Step 1
預熱焗爐至180°C。在6個標準的不粘鬆餅盤上噴油。
Preheat oven to 180°C. Spray 6 standard non stick muffin holes with oil.
Step 2
將雞蛋、鹽和Regency®馬拉巴黑胡椒攪拌均勻,再加入蔬菜和羊芝士混合。
Whisk eggs, salt and Regency® Malabar Black Pepper. Stir through vegetables and feta.
Step 3
將麵糊平均倒入6個鬆餅盤,烘烤20分鐘或直到頂部呈淺金色,按下去時會回彈。
Divide mixture between holes. Bake 20 minutes or until the top is light golden and the centre springs back when touched.
Step 4
可即時享用,或冷卻後在雪櫃的密閉容器中儲存3-4天,或放在冰箱冷藏3個月(在微波爐中解凍2分鐘或放在雪櫃一晚解凍)。
Served immediately. Or allow to cool, then store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 - 4 days, or freezer for 3 months (defrost 2 minutes in the microwave or overnight in the fridge).
