Regency's dried Lemongrass are perfect for cooking curries, and also brewing up a batch of tea. Our Lemongrass is freshly imported from Thailand where it grows best several times a year to ensure freshness and top flavours. As with most dried herbs, a little goes a long way. Lemongrass stalksåÊexcude a lovely warm sour and slightly astringent flavour to foods. Great for using in curries, pho, stir fries, tea and best paired with kaffir lime leaves
