Recipe: Spicy Stuffed Okra Serves: 2-3 Ingredients For the Stuffing1/4 cup coarse ground peanuts100g tomatoes finely chopped1″ fresh ginger grated1 Green chilli finely choppeda small bunch of coriander leaves finely choppeda small bunch of1 tsp Coriander seed + Cumin seed (ground)1 Chilli Powder (Mild) (or use Kashmiri Chilli Powder)1/4 tsp Turmeric (ground)3/4 tsp salt or to taste1 tsp brown sugar For Frying200g Okra washed, edges trimmed and slit½ tsp black mustard seeds½ tsp cumin seeds1 tsp sesame seeds1 ½ tbsp peanut oil To serve1 tbsp freshly grated coconut1 tbsp freshly chopped coriander leaves1 tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice Preparation method1.
