Ingredients
1 Litre of water
10-12 Rose Buds
15-20 Jasmine Buds
- Prepare 1 Litre of water, 10-12 Rose Buds & 15-20 Jasmine Buds
- Coarsely chop the Rose Buds & Jasmines Buds, this helps the flavour to infuse better
- Put the Rose Buds & Jasmines Buds in room temperature water, store in fridge overnight
- Pour the 𝘾𝙤𝙡𝙙 𝘽𝙧𝙚𝙬 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙅𝙖𝙨𝙢𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙏𝙚𝙖 out using a sieve, ready to serve
- 預備一公升水、約10-12粒玫瑰花蕾及15-20粒茉莉花蕾
- 略略切碎玫瑰花蕾及茉莉花蕾,味道會更易釋出
- 將玫瑰花蕾及茉莉花蕾放入室溫水,再放入雪櫃浸泡過夜
- 將冷泡花茶倒出,並用篩子隔去花瓣,即可飲用
