Pakistan Chillies are super hot, red, little balls of spice, perfect for cooking. These hot chillies have a glorious colour, so they also paint each dish red when used. Pakistan chillies are great when you want to add a lot of colour, along with a strong pack of spice. On the Scoville scale, they clock in at about 50,000SHU. These chillies are very popular in both Indian and Middle Eastern cooking. They have a low seed percentage, meaning they are also great for powdering.
